Help! I need a great dessert for a picnic tomorrow! I want to make something fantastic, unfortunately, the recipe finder is down. Does anyone have any great ideas?

These cookies are so good...they're not lowfat, but they're easier to make than they sound, and they were a total hit at a party a few weeks ago! Tastes like a warm, nutty brownie with caramel oozing out of the inside. My only suggestion is use 2-1/2 cups of flour instead of 2-1/4 and keep the dough in the fridge between batches! I have made those cookies before and they are very good. I think I even made some of them with mini peanut butter cups, if I remember right. There's also a recipe for chocolate peanut butter cup cookies at that same site and they are to-die-for!

Here is a link to a great recipe: Eating Well's Died-And-Went-To-Heaven Chocolate Cake. To die for--moist, delicious, fabulous. Would probably make yummy cupcakes (although I've never tried). This is delicious with a mocha glaze.
