Need dinner ideas when you are moving between 2 houses?

I am doing my menu plan for the next 4 weeks and am looking for some suggestions for dinner that are made-ahead and frozen or just super easy to throw together. We will be moving over a 3 or 4 day period so I may not have the kitchens totally equipped to cook.

Any suggestions?

There was a thread a couple of years ago about freezer meals where someone had posted an article from sunset magazine that had meals based off of master recipes. For example, you would make a huge batch of tomato sauce and then make eggplant parm, Italian chicken, etc. I used it when I was moving and it was great because I froze everything in its own disposable pan. I could just heat it up at whatever house I happened to be at that night.
