Don't you Dare get on the board tomorrow until your settlement is finalized! Then, don't call anyone, tell us first your GREAT News! Is St. Joseph the Patron Saint of houses? (In order to sell my old house and my neighbor's house, her mother bought us statues of St. Joseph and my neighbor planted them in our yards, our houses really did sell VERY quickly, within a month for both! Down side is that you are to dig him up and place him in an honored place in your house. Neighbor couldn't remember where he was placed, so he is still upside down in my old yard. Hope he isn't still upset with us :) )
