Computer question

The display on the screen looks wavy. It is a Dell, quite huge, and is more than eight years old. Is it time for a replacement? :(

If your computer is more than eight years old, you have a small hard drive, a slow processor, not enough RAM and probably a CRT that is on its last leg.

It's time to upgrade. ;)

That's what I thought.
Fortunately we did have the cpu rebuilt not too long ago, so it should be ok for a while. I will be shopping for a monitor today.
