Hi,
I have a search question (I can't connect to the recipe finder right now). Also I don't think I could find this recipe, because I can't remember much about it!

Sadly, it was only a week or two ago that I made this great salmon recipe, but I can barely remember anything about it! (I had memory before grad school...) I want to try it out on my first meal for guests  . This recipe had a spice mix that is rubbed onto the salmon. It has brown sugar in the mix, and some different spices. The mixture is moist, so it has more than just spices, though. I do remember that the description above the recipe talked about the different kinds of flavors in the spices. i just can't remember what those spices were.
I've looked through all my issues of CL and came up empty (not that it means it isn't there). Can anyone help me? I know this info is skimpy, but I'm hoping someone recognizes it!

thanks,
monica

Is this it? I think it was one of the "back to the best" recipes at the back of the magazine a couple of months ago.

Oh, I just love that salmon recipe. It's so good. I made it for my mom when she came to visit last week and she was very impressed. It's a good one for company...impressive and easy.
