I eat at my desk just about every day of the week (I sometimes treat myself to Subway on Friday) if I don't have plans to meet up with a friend. I got sooo burned out on lean cuisines and decided to try some of the Campbell's soup in microwave cups. These are not the soup at hand (not sure one of those would fill me up), but the round cups. I'm eating the Campbell's Select Italian Style Wedding Soup and it's delish! Never had this kind of soup before and it is sooo good. According to the nutrition facts, one bowl is actually two servings (yes, I'm going to eat the whole thing!), but even if you consume the full two servings, it's still just 220 calories, five grams of fat, four grams of fiber and 14 grams of protein. The sodium is probably high, 1580 mg in the two servings, but if sodium intake is not an issue I highly recommend this soup.
