I used flank steak, but other than that and grilling it, I followed the recipe. This was good and I might do it again, but it wasn't my fav. I have so many similar recipes that it is hard to decide my fav. I served it with Fontina and Parmesan Mushroom Bread Pudding-CL-3/08 and grilled corn on the cob. The bread pudding was good, but probably not a repeat.
