In the middle of baking an Angel Food Cake and don't have Almond extract, and no way to get to the store. Can I go without? What do you suggest???

Use vanilla, lemon or ameretto...whatever you have. The flavor may be slightly different, but yummy.

Yup, got it. I meant extract - brain stuck on "fry" today, don't know why.
