Cold Soup for Suzanne??

Suzanne is my stepmother and she is looking for a cold soup (vegetable, melon, fruit) to serve as a first course. The other dishes include salad, a spicy Indonesian chicken and a mixed-pepper stir-fry.

She would prefer something easy to prepare.

Thanks much--I am not a cold soup fan and never make them.

Check out the thread Natasha started about our favorite chilled soups -- it's pretty recent (within the last couple of days or so), so it shouldn't be too hard to find.
