Just wondering if you'd tried any squid or octopus since you posted the thread about it. You inspired me, so last week I picked a recipe off Epicurious (I'm really becoming attached at the hip to that place) and made it last night. It was so easy, the squid turned out wonderfully, and the recipe was awesome! It's also super low-cal and really flavorful, IMO. Somehow between Harry's and my house I managed to lose the shrimp (don't ask), so I just made it with the squid, and I doubled the cilantro and halved the tarragon -- too much of that stuff makes me gag, but I didn't want to miss out on any flavor nuances. :)
