Hi All,
Thought I'd start us out this week since I was so absent last week :)
I went on a 6 mi run this morning. As I stepped out of my neighborhood I saw a friend who was 1/2 way done with a 12 mi route.. so I joined in for the last 6 mi. We stopped by to pick up another friend on the way so we had a good little group. It was very nice to get my long run in with a few friends!
