I'd like to reopen the Mark Bittman How to Cook Everything recipe-suggestion thread rather than start a new one. Would it be possible to un-archive it so that I can bump it? Thank you so much! It's this one:

Sorry it took me so long to respond--I didn't notice this post until now. I feel like an idiot saying this, but our BB software won't let me unarchive this thread. As it's 7 years old, I think you're safe starting a new one.
