Alright guys, feeback please --

I have an unnecessarily large liquor selection for a single person who usually drinks wine and beer, and I really don't feel like adding another bottle. Well, I don't have bourbon (gasp!, I know, and I'm a southern girl, too!)
Anyway, do you think this recipe would be hanus if I used dark rum instead?

Being a fan of caramel colored liquors, I would say go for the dark rum! (but for heaven sake, GET some Bourbon!!!)

Aren't you always the one touting the little airline-sized bottles of liquor for people who don't want to buy a whole bottle? ;)

I agree with Kim on both counts - go for the salmon with dark rum, and get yourself some bourbon! (this coming from a girl who has a pretty extensive liquor collection and doesn't even drink!)
