I'm a relative newbie/lurker, but I know that pizza is so popular (especially in the summer) that I wanted to post the GREAT pizza concoction I made last night! It was all fairly pre-prepared, but still! Lol, I'm just proud that I'm finally starting to "wing" SOMETHING! I'm ususally stuck w/ my nose in the cookbook... anyway... I used
1 Boboli Thin Crust and topped it with Wild Oats Sundried Tomato Pizza Sauce. Then, I sprinkled a layer of julienne style spicy sundried tomatoes over the sauce. Next, a layer of thinly sliced boneless skinless barbequed chicken breast. A little cheese on top of that... A few green peppers and some MORE sundried tomatoes! Popped in the oven for 10 min and it was DELICIOUS! And soooooooo easy for a Thurs. "omigod, when will the weekend come" meal!:p
