Yum! I love salads for dinner and this one was a keeper! I grilled my chicken on the outdoor grill and let it marinate about 30 minutes in the dressing before grilling. I would suggest making about 1 and 1/2 times the recipe for the dressing though, to have a little extra on hand in case someone likes to drench theirs (i.e. my husband!)
