This was easy to make, but one had better like the taste of parsley to enjoy it fully. I found it a bit overwhelming and I doubt I'll make it again.

In the past when I have made tabouleh, I cut the amount of parsley almost in half and use more barley or bulgar wheat.(whichever I happen to be using at the time)
