roasted salmon w/ tarragon: VERY easy and delicious!
grilled teryaki burgers: YUUMMMMYYY. wondering if they'd be good w/ ground turkey.
marinated balsamic bean salad: i have made this quite a bit and everyone loves it!
a non-CL recipe: i made a angel food cake trifle that was very easy and VERY GOOD...someone actually posted it on the how to use up ricotta thread.
