I need suggestions for breakfast food while at work. I am tired of the same thing - plain yogurt with add-ins, plain oatmeal with add-ins.
Not a fan of sugar. What do you eat for breakfast while at work?

I don't eat "at work", but I do usually eat in the car on the way to work and you can probably do what I do - I have some southwestern egg beaters in a corn tortilla with salsa and I occassionally top it with some cheddar.
I would imagine there are some recipes out there for some sort of breakfast wrap as well - something like a tortilla spread with peanut butter and topped with sliced banana and apples then rolled would be tastey!

I always had a peanut butter wrap along with frozen berries with yogurt or kefir poured over them. They were thawed perfectly when I got in.
I had cheese on hand for snacking and various veggies to glide me into lunch.
Yup, I eat a lot and packed a ton of food...it was an evening event for the next morning :o
That's the only nice thing about not working :p

I usually try to eat before I go to work. Normally I have a bowl of Special K cereal, along with a couple peices of toast and jam (sometimes peanut butter). Then I will snack on fruit (apples, strawberries, etc) a few hours after arriving at work :)

I eat a bunch of these along with a cup of coffee at my desk in the morning.

Although I haven't done it for awhile I enjoy making a fritatta and cutting it into wedges which I store in the fridge at work. They can be eaten chilled or warmed in the microwave.

Muffins! I make muffins, freeze them in individual baggies, and grab one out of the freezer in the morning. It is usually thawed by the time I am ready to eat it, or it only needs a few seconds in the microwave. I try to make high fiber muffins with some "staying power".

Oatmeal (regular oats cooked in the microwave), dry cheerios, or a boiled egg.

During this pregnancy I really needed to eat some protein mid-morning. So I'd scramble some eggs in the morning and then reheat them with some cheese, perhaps put it with a bagel or tortilla if I was particularly hungry. Not exactly a "light" breakfast but you could definitely modify it to be lower cal.
I always keep oatmeal and walnuts and raisins and either brown sugar and molasses at work for a bowl of oatmeal.
Sometimes I keep a can or two of canned fruit at work too. Canned Pineapple seems to taste a lot closer to real pineapple than many of the other canned fruits.

Spinach-Cheese Bake (CL recipe)
Berries with yogurt and a sprinkling of granola
We have a toaster at work, so I have english muffins in the freezer, jam in the refrigerator and peanut butter in my desk.
Every other week or so we have breakfast for supper (pancakes or waffles or scrambled eggs) and I'll take leftovers the next day.

I buy thomas light english muffins, fry an egg and toast it with a little bit of butter. Reheat it for 30 seconds in the morning.
On a bagel is good too.
I'd like to eat the animal crackers though, LOL
The breakfast burritos are good too.

CL's crustless garden vegetable quiche (no potatoes). I usually add 1 box of thawed spinach.

I've been eating those oatmeal to go bars - really good after you pop 'em in the microwave for a few seconds. Also, I like the mini cottage cheese packs with pineapple.
