HI!
Just wondering if anyone here follows a Mediterranean diet-or you have before? I am always looking for ways to be healthier and I have always been interested in this (and have read a lot saying how healthy it is).
I am just wondering your thoughts, what foods you find you eat the most, are you athletic or workout?
And can anyone recommend a good Mediterranean cookbook? Not intense would be best-I can only spend so much time in the kitchen:^)...
Also, do you eat a lot of cheese or milk? I am trying to stay awayfrom these dairy foods and figure that might me a valid question!
