I made Halibut en Papillotte with Julienned Vegatables and it was perfect (however, I went through about half a roll of parchment paper practicing making the "sack.")

The most enjoyable moments of the meal were the complements from my wife. Any suggestions on how I can probably earn more "brownie points?"

Geez, just keep doing what you're doing. That should get you plenty of brownie points. Doesn't really sound like you need a lot of help in that area.
