I made Halibut en Papillotte with Julienned Vegatables and it was perfect (however, I went through about half a roll of parchment paper practicing making the "sack.")
The most enjoyable moments of the meal were the complements from my wife. Any suggestions on how I can probably earn more "brownie points?"
