Hi! Can anyone tell me what nut butters are? Apparently this is not the same as peanut butter. I read that it's helpful to eat this on crackers to combat morning sickness. (If there was an emoticon for a green face, I would insert it here) Any ideas, and where I might find this item would be appreciated very much.

A nut butter is pretty much any nut that has been pureed into a 'butter'. The one I most often see is almond, but I'm sure there are others. I usually find them in food co-op's or healthfood stores. Hope you feel better soon!

Thank-you Kyle. I'll have to make a trip to the Whole Foods market. I appreciate it:)

Congratulations on the condition that is making you have morning sickness, and may the sickness go away soon.

I understand peppermint tea helps, too.

Good luck!
