Ladies -- who said that you had to cook for your man?! Cook for yourself and for your girlfriends! If you're recently divorced (like me) or just haven't decided to settle for just any man thats convenient, let's get together for some good food, some libations and some good all-out Cooking Light girl support. :D

Hi, I like your style. I am single also. I have been searching the supper club board for a supper club close by for singles. I have found most are a combo of singles and couples. I hate being the fifth wheel. I am in the East Bay(Castro Valley). Let me know if you start a supper club.:)

I'm trying to get back into cooking, and could use a bit of friendlly motivation. A CL supper club seemed like a good idea. Keeping cooking relaxed, fun and social is they way to go. Let me know if you both are interested in starting a club.

I've been hoping for a group to start up (again) in the East Bay. Please count me in and keep me in the loop. I may have a friend or two that might want to be a part of a group, also. Looking forward to the start of something fun...
Cheers,
Faith :)

It might be fun to do some pre-holiday dinner/party trials?
Does anyone else have some ideas? I'm in the San Leandro area.

By Pre-Holiday Dinner/Party trials, do you mean have a meeting and bring a dish for the holidays or holiday party tray to try out before the holidays arrive?
Interesting ideas.

cvgirl81, Georgina and SLOwen - A holiday trial run sounds fun. A trial run of a club before the holidays sounds fun, too! Of course, anything that involves food, people and libations is always a recipe for a good time!!!! I'm really looking forward to this becoming a reality?!?!
Cheers!
Faith :)

It's been crazy for me, also...and I haven't been able to get to my computer...aaaagggghhhhh!!!!!! Soooo, it looks like for me the best day of those noted is Sunday the 26th of Oct anytime after 4:30pm. I'm in San Ramon but would travel wherever the majority is. I'll try to keep on top of the communication, I promise!!!

SLOwen, cvgirl, athomewithfaith,
Driving is fine with me also. Unfortunately, I'm booked on the days mentioned. Would it be easier for us to communicate via "private messages"?
