It is an inferno inNw In. but, I just had to make some CL recipes. We had the catfish from the July issue. It is the 2nd time I made this and, yes, I marinated it in the beer and a half cup of Louisanna hot sauce. IT IS NOT HOT!! Spicey, yes, but not hot. Then I made the mac and cheese from the Aug. issue; very good. Then I made the stuffed portobellos. DH stood out in the heat with them on the grill. After he cooked the gill side ,he brought them inside so I could stuff them. We{he} ended just cooking the stuffed mushrooms in a pan covered with foil on the grill. I just couldn't see how he was going to be able to transfer those loaded mushrooms onto the grill and keep everything intact. Anyways, everytthing was very good. Obviously, the heat does not affect my appetite. Vicky:D
