OR, "how long is a piece of string?"

Now that I have your attention, can someone tell me how much 2/3 of a cup of butter weighs? Is 5 ounces right?

A stick at 4 oz = 1/2 cup so 2/3 cup = 5.33 oz.

5.3 ounces, actually.

A pound of butter is 2 cups.

I must be tired too because I totally missed it! I blame mine on a really beyond cr*ppy workout today that I'm still furious about. :mad:
