I want to make CL's Pork-Au-Poivre recipe tonight, but my All-Clad skillet is a non-stick - can I put that in the oven once I've seared the pork on the stove?

I've put my non-stick skillets in the oven with no problem. Just make sure to wrap the handle with foil if it's plastic, so it doesn't melt.

And whatever you do..........don't grab the handle barehanded after you pull it out of the oven!!!!! OUCH!! Still have the blisters to show for it. But it was yummy!!! LaurieC

But I grabbed the handle!! Very minor injuries, thankfully. Had taken it out of the oven, taken the pork out, put the sauce ingredients in, then went to grab the handle!!
However, pork was great. Although, maybe because I was using cheap wine, I added a dribble of honey to the sauce to take away a sharp tartness I didn't like. DH loved it, a definite "do again" for pork tenderloin.
I actually found my All-Clad leaflet last night too. You can put non-stick All-Clad in the oven up to 400 - so I figured 425 would be OK for 12 minutes, and it was.
