I thought this was just sort of plain tasting. We grilled the marinated pork, which gave it a better flavor, but the maple and/or sage flavors didn't really come through very much. I served it with Spinach with Raisins and Pine Nuts which we really enjoyed, and baked sweet potatoes.

It doesn't seem to have much maple syrup. And what's pork without garlic! Some recipes for pork tenderloin that are marinated I butterfly the tenderloin to get the marinade all over then flip it back to cook.
One really tasty tenderloin recipe I love is Stick to Your Ribs (http://www.foodtv.ca/recipes/recipedetails.aspx?dishid=8421).
Bummer. I'm always on the lookout for interesting pork loin recipes. Thanks for the heads up on this one. If I make it, I'll doctor it up.
My experience was different. While the maple wasn't pronounced, the sage was. Terrytx, did you use fresh sage? I did, and enjoyed it.

Yes, I used fresh sage. Maybe it was grilling it instead of roasting
