Made this Friday night and it was awesome. Sorry my message before was rather cryptic. This was so simple, yet elegant. The veggies were also fantastic. I could see just making them with some brown rice. Anyway thanks, again.

Funny thing. Unlike the Psycho Chicken, I can lay no claim to the creation of the recipe. Yet somehow, it's infinitely pleasing to hear when someone appreciates this one.

Much as I LOVE the way it's made at CanoeHouse (ono with macadamia nut sauce) the chef did a bang-up job reproducing the overall taste with tuna. Glad to hear it was so successful.
