I plan to make this (from C/L complete) tonight. Can anyone tell me if this would be good over rice, or maybe couscous??? I don't have any ideas for sides, thanks

Don't know if you'll get this, but my forst thought would be a brown or mixed rice, couscous probably second. I've also spotted that one to try. Let me know how you liked it.

I'd recommend couscous, because it soaks up the balsamic sauce. I've made it with parmesan couscous (either plain couscous tossed with fresh parmesan and some olive oil, or a Near East flavored couscous) which goes well with the other flavors. I'd also recommend green beans as another side, if you're looking for one.

I've made it with brown rice before and it is YUMMY!

I made this recipe several months ago and had several friends over that evening. Everyone thought it was AWESOME. If I remember right, it looked very impressive.

This is one of my all time favorite CL recipes. I always serve it with the Herbed Basmati Rice, also a CL recipe! This is an awesome combination in my book! :)

Definitely an AWESOME recipe. This is what I do: rather than use the almonds in the recipe, I make the Near East Almond Rice Pilaf and serve them together. It was a last minute effort one time when I didn't have almonds, and now it is the only way I make it! :p
