Here are some reviews from the weekend:From the August 01 issue: Creamy Macaroni & Cheese - a definite repeater; Peach upside down cake - again, a definite repeater. I loved this one. Lemon Ginger Chicken Stirfry - very good - next time, I wouldn't add as much ginger as the recipe called for.
From the Cooking Light Complete Cookbook: Herbed Potato Frittata - very good and simple to make. Lemon Ginger Muffins - too spongy - the taste was okay, but I won't repeat these. Fruit w/strawberry sauce - very good and could be used over any fruit, which I would do next time.
