I caught this banner ad on our site and saved a screenshot of it. IMHO, a competing recipe/food site should not be allowed to advertise here since it leads traffic away from this site to the benefit of another (i.e. spam).
I realize that they're paying.... but still.
Maybe a takeover is in the works. :confused:

No, a takeover is not in the works. And ads are what keep this site running and free for everyone. But I will forward your comments to the ad team.

I didn't see the ad... but then, I use Firefox and AdBlocker... Saved myself a lot of worry!~;)

Totally off topic, but I was wondering how you take a screen shot of a web page? If its easy to do and explain, I'd be interested in learning how to do it.
I'm always amazed at how you do those things, the arrows, adding things in etc.

Hold down the CTRL key and then press the Print Screen key. You can then paste the screenshot into a program like Photoshop, Paint, etc. for sizing, cropping, etc.
