We recently tried the Garlic/Lemon Tuna Steaks from the July "Greek" section- they were excellent! I'm not a big tuna fan, but the steaks had a good texture, and weren't too "fishy". Simple, and tasted great with fresh string beans and baked sweet potatoes.
Has anyone tried the Spanish food from August yet? The pork and pepper pie looks great- but everything looked so fattening. I'd love to hear about it.

I made these a month or so ago, and Wow they were great. All of my guests loved them. I served some "lightly" roasted vegetables tossed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

muncysc - I just had to post and say that Waynesboro, VA is my hometown! What a small world. :)

I just made these in the grill pan. (I say 'these, but I only made one!) I thought it was okay - 6 out of 10 points. It was much better, in my opinion, without the lemon sauce. There may certainly have been pilot error, but my sauce was way too bitter.
I much preferred the Greek Tuna Steaks from CL March '01.
