Daikon Radish

Can leftover daikon radishes be frozen - I've seen them in Japanese grocery stores, but they are quite large and I wouldn't use the whole one at once.

I checked all of my freezing references and they don't mention daikon. Sorry I can't help you! I'm bumping this up to the top in the hopes that someone else can!
