Review: Double Magno Salad (april 2001)

This was just so-so. The dressing needs a little more zip, I thought. My family hated this dressing. It looks beautiful with chunks of mango and strawbrries in the salad, but the dressing is thick, yellow and gloppy looking. It has the consistency of room temp margarine. I wouldn't make it again. Edible, good idea, but not one I'll make again.

That's so funny -- I loved this salad! I thought the dressing was so delicious, and the combination of ingredients was lovely. Thanks for reminding me of it; I need to make it again! (Even though I know that probably wasn't your intention ;) )
