Hi - I made this yesterday and it was wonderful. The only change I made was omitting the ham (we actually served it as a side with a glazed ham), and using imported Chorizo sausage. OMG - it was so good. A meal in itself and I will definitely make again as the star of the show. Great with a side of sauteed bitter greens and garlic.

Here's the url - try it - it's so good and if you use canned beans (which I did) - it cooks up easily and quickly.
