I have 3 words for this recipe: YUM,YUM, YUM! Very tasty. The meat was really tender and I only marinated it for 9 hours. I tried the refried beans and they were really good too. Definately a repeater!

I agree...This recipe was very good. I had some leftover non-chipolte salsa in the refrigerator to use up, so I added a minced chipolte chili to it. The roasted vegetables were great also! Very easy to make!

We had this last night for dinner, and also thought it was very tasty. I couldn't find chipotle salsa, so I ended up doing the same thing as Peggy - using regular salsa and adding a couple of chopped chipotle chilis.
