Can you help me with a song title?

My husband and I were talking about music last night and this is driving me crazy. There's a song that I kept hearing on the radio last year and I have no idea what the title is or who sings it.

I'll write down the lyrics that I remember and maybe someone can tell me what it is??? I hope I don't make anyone cringe too much - I'm sure I will pretty much mangle it, but hopefully you'll get the jist of it!
