Responding to threads via email?

Hi Jennifer,

Sorry to bug you about this, yet I'm not sure what is happening.

I now log into the website each morning, yet when I receive an email to a thread I've posted to, and then try to reply to that thread, it says I'm not logged in. So I then have to go out, go back into the BB, and then find the thread to respond.

Any idea if this can be easily fixed? Thank you!

Hi Chris--
The links in your e-mails (we're working on fixing this) start with http://, so they're not going to the secure site where your login works properly. For now, just click the link, then go to the address bar and change http to https. Everything should work properly then.
