I just wanted to say that CL has been great for me. I made the greek shrimp scampi a couple of days ago (can't remember the *exact* name), which me and my DB are a fan of, for his whole family on his birthday. They loved it! Not only that but a cousin said I should open a restaurant or catering business. No one has ever said that to me!:D Not that I really have plans for anything like that, but it was a wonderful compliment. And I never completely eliminate anything from future possibilities ;) !
I really haven't cooked for anyone else before (except the boyfriend and my sister) so I was a teeny bit concerned about how they'd like it. It turned out better than I'd imagined. I've only been cooking with CL for a year, but it's been a great year. Thanks CL!

I've been cooking with CL for about 5 years and 9 times out of 10 I've liked what I've made.

The most exciting thing so far for me with CL is that I Won 1st place on Monday in a baking contest!! I made the Raspberry Strippers from the Dec. 00 issue. It was very exciting :) The prize was a mixing bowl with handle and lid.
