Vietnamese food

Hey there-
I'm trying to remember which issue had the feature of vietnamese food - or was it an article on soups that had a recipe for Chicken Pho? In any case, I'm trying to round up some vietnamese recipes for a CL outing. Anyone remember what I'm referring to? Help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

The March '01 issue had a recipe for Vietnamese Chicken soup, which got a good review on a thread 1-2 weeks ago. The recipe sounded like it would taste pretty authentic. It was part of soup article though, there wasn't any other Vietnamese food included. Good luck!

July 01 had a Vietnamese recipe for sugar snap peas with ginger dressing. I really liked it and will be making it again. I posted something about it but don't remember the exact date.
