fresh herb question

i'm making fresh salsa, how do i measure out fresh, chopped cilantro? i need 3T, do i just use a measuring spoon?

BTW-i just bought fresh garlic from the farmers market, it is normally stronger than the whole cloves in the grocery store? i never bought it from the fm. just curious

IMHO, there is no such thing as too much cilantro! So I always measure generously!

For salsa, I don't think you need to worry about any real "rules"! Just toss in to taste! :)

Yes, Tammy, you can just use a measuring spoon, measuring the cilantro after it's been chopped. As for me, I just eyeball it!
