Does anyone know of any brands of premade pie crust that don't contain lard?

Sorry, I don't have an answer to that, but thought I'd give you an incredibly easy pie-crust recipe. If you have a food processor, try this:
1-1/3 cups flour
1/4 t. salt (or more if you like salt for a savory crust) OR
1 tablespoon sugar for a sweet crust
Blend for a couple of seconds, then add one stick (half a cup) of well-chilled or even frozen butter, cut up into pieces. Blend very well.
While the processor is running, add 1/4 cup cold water and let blend until it starts to form a ball.
Sometimes I use one cup whole wheat flour and 1/3 cup white, and add a little extra water.
This makes one 9" or 10" pie crust. I usually roll it out, put it in the pan and chill it before I add other ingredients. Works like a charm! :)

I've looked for this as well, but even store brands seems to contain lard. Some pre-made pie shells are made with vegetable shortening, though.

I ended up buying the boxed mix since I really didn't want to make a pie crust -- it is just add water and uses veg shortening. But I think I'll have to just freeze my own
