All-purpose Pizza Dough

I want to try the Herbed Focaccia from the Pizza Cooking class (I think it was from a 2000 issue), but to my dismay, I found I had only ripped out the Focaccia recipe, and not the All-purpose Pizza Dough recipe that goes along with it. Can anyone help me? Thank you!
