good morning all. I'll get us started.
The main issue is access to this web site. I've had alternately "all OK" and so slow and balky I gave up. The secure https: does not work at all and has not since sometime last week so I deleted my link. I'm not sure how everyone else is doing or if people are just giving up in annoyance. Just moving around to look at last week's thread is too slow right now.

anyway, hope everyone weathered the weekend and the online issues OK.

I had saturday off because of a medical procedure. had a skin laser and no exercise for 24 hours after. sunday we did an easy 2 hour hike and then split a cord of wood. Nothing too much. today I need to do some cardio and either GS legs or maybe Muscle max. Hope you all will be able to check in and post.

I also got a light exercise every other day. I used to do brisk walking, slight jogging and sit-ups. And I feel better to face the hurdle of the day.

Welcome Penny :)

I had a crazy week last week but I was able to walk 3 times - Tuesday and Thursday I walked 3 1/2 miles each plus did the upperbody and ab workouts from SuperSculpt - FIRM. Sunday I did the 7 miles.

Yesterday was Jack's 12th birthday - we had a crazy girl/boy party on Saturday (who knew who loud 12 yr old girls could be?!!)

Today I did Burn and Shape and I plan on walking the park during Sam's practice (3 1/2 miles). I'm feeling positive about the half marathon. WE have only 4 weekends to go and then it's here!:D

I had LOTS of problems getting in to the site today - thought it was me but then read Valerie's post. It does make you just want to give up and go on!!

Valerie - I thought of you last week as our daffodils are pushing up out of the ground.:) Hope you were able to get in some cardio today!!

Lindrusso ( alysha) has an alternate site going while the CL BB is trying (??) to get functional again , I have no clue if this will even post. she posted a thread on "other stuff" but access has been so bad that I'm putting it here too. you need to register at "CLBB" but it's simple. it's a place we could still communicate. come on over if you want, assuming I can post this, and you can access to read it!

Hi, I am new to the boards but to not to Home exercise or Cooking Light...Wondering if anyone else uses Leslie Sansone's Walk At Home workouts?...I hope I am not the only Leslie fan out there?

Hi Deb! Welcome to the CLBB!! I'm a Leslie fan also...I have many of her DVD's but never seem to find time to use them or which one to start with :(

I recently joined Weight Watchers and am hoping that I can incorporate WAH into my new routine!

These new DVD's you are testing sound great...I'll be anxious to find them at Target.
