Need appetizer feedback help, please

Hey All, I'm heading to a small get-together Saturday evening and need to bring an appetizer. I have three from the June and July issues on my list to try. Has anyone fixed the following and if so, please let me know what you thought:

June Crispy Zucchini Sticks w/Creamy Dip
July Pizza w/Goat Cheese and Fig Tapenade
July Chicken,Mint and Cucumber Skewers

I've only made the zucchini sticks, and I thought they were really good. I actually made them as a side dish - we don't have time to do too much entertaining these days, so otherwise I rarely make appetizers! They captured the flavour of the deep-fried restaurant version, but much healthier! One suggestion I do have would be to spice up the flour coating a bit more - they did taste a bit bland. (I know several other people said the same thing - you might want to check the archives because I know there was quite a discussion about these).
