I was searching the archives for reviews of "The Big Book of Casseroles" and came upon this post (http://community.cookinglight.com/showpost.php?p=1041188&postcount=11) by McGeiger from a few years back. As "interesting new characters" have entered the text you have to guess some of the ingredients.
In a post a little while ago I was unable to spell "Bechamel Sauce" correctly (compare CL 4/09 p.142 with this typing of B?chamel).
