Wow - a new week already!! Time's flying by. Hope everyone had a great weekend. I wrapped up my 2nd cycle of STS. Really looking forward to resting -- cardio only -- this week. I ordered Kelly Coffey Meyer's new workouts -- bootcamp and kickbox -- to try.

This morning I did KPC. Fun and hard as usual but I can tell that I'm getting stronger.

Just thought I'd mention that I've started using www.myfitnesspal.com to track my food and exercise calories. I've tried a couple other sites but so far I like this one much better. The food database is huge and it can be customized to show the most important nutrition information to you. I track calories, fat, fiber, cards, protein and cholesterol. I *know* I need to track so I wanted something that was free, easy to compare to weight watchers (I go to at work meetings), and easy to use.

Today I did Cardio Coach #6 for 3.60 miles. I was a sweaty mess but it felt great!
