Disappearing threads?

Has anyone else noticed disappearing threads? I know I posted one last night and saw a reply this morning about our hail damaged roof turning onto a potential kitchen redo. I came back to see is anyone else had posted (like, "forget it -- move"), but it is gone and doesn't even come up in a search. Have I offended the BB gods? The kitchen remodeling gods? Or is this a sign? ;)

We've not deleted any threads recently. If the original poster of the missing thread is out there... please post here and let me know what the subject was and approximately when you started the thread.

Any information I can get will be helpful in figuring out what happened.

I think I replied to this post right after it appeared and now I can't find it either - and it doesn't show up on my subscribed threads list - odd . . .

I was the original poster, got one reply and then it disappeared. It is not on any of the boards. I did not delete it. Thanks, Chefzhat, for letting me know I was not hallucinating!

Maelyn, I don't remember the topic exactly, but the the effect that getting flooded by the sotrms would have been cheaper than my roof replacement that may turn into an add-on/remodel. I think I posted it late Monday night and saw a reply Tuesday morning. It was gone Tuesday evening. It may be moot now...I think I've discovered a fatal flaw in the approach. Just wondered where it went. Maybe it WAS a sign.
