A friend of mine at work let me taste her homemade salad dressing, it was amazing! She gave me a copy of the recipe today, I'd probably half the recipe, it looks like it makes a LOT!

Liquid Gold Elixir (SALAD DRESSING)

2 cups fresh lemon juice
3 whole cloves garlic
3 tablespoons minced ginger
3 tablespoons Nama Shoyu soy sauce
3 heaping tablespoons raw honey (or more if desired)
1 ½ cups cold-pressed olive oil

1. Place all of the ingredients except the oil in blender.
2. Begin blending at normal speed.
3. As the mixture is blending, slowly add the olive oil until it’s completely blended.

*This recipe should last over a week in the fridge

This looks delicious but that's a lot of lemon juice!

That's what I said to my friend, actually I said that's a LOT of squeezing. It makes 4 full cups which is a ton, like I said, I'd half it. It IS lemony though!

I love lemon anything so I'll give it a try and see what we think.

Looks delicious! I definitely agree on halving the recipe. There's no way I could eat 4 cups of salad dressing in a week, even if I was having people over for dinner. I always love garlic balanced with something sweet and something a little sour, so I'll have to try this. Sounds like something I would really like. Thanks for sharing!
