Karen, I love that salad dressing! I just made it again on Sunday. I skip the crouton part, though. I find I can buy fat free croutons in the supermarket for $1, so I don't bother. The dressing is really good, though!

I made the Paella for Mother's Day and it was a BIG HIT! There is a lot of assembly, so I'd probably only make it for special occassions until I get the hang of it. It's just like stir fry in terms of prep time.

I made this Paella (from May 2000) last night and it was fabulous. There's quite a bit of assembly but once you've got all the ingredients lined up the rest is quick and easy. Well worth the effort. It's got a little 'kick' to it if you like spicy.

Last week I tried the Creamy Caesar Salad with Spicy Croutons from the same issue. Although the recipe doesn't say it, I think you're supposed to use FRESH bread cubes. I bought dried and they burnt in about 7 minutes. I ended up using store bought croutons but the salad (dressing) itself was good. The croutons sound good so I do want to retry them sometime.
