ISO soft granola bar recipes...

There's a coffee shop near my son's school that sells the best homemade granola bars. I can see cranberries, sunflower seeds, chocolate chips and oats. I can taste peanut butter. I was wondering if someone has a T-n-T recipe for something similar. DS and I both love them but they are almost 3 bucks a piece! Thanks!

Hi Ann1965,

I don't have a Granola Bar recipe at this time, but I do have a "cookie" that is super healthy and has all the granola elements in it. I wrote it up on my blog here:

These are a staple at my house for sure! It is kind of a unique technique to it, but don't be scared, it makes them so moist, digestible and delicious!
